No. At Two Wheeler Dealer of Sioux Falls, we make it our goal to have the fastest service department around. We utilize a first-come first-serve approach, but if you need it a specific day, we offer a rush service.
Yes, we work on any brand or type of bike. Road, mountain, hybrid, kids, adult trikes. We try to stock as broad of a selection of parts as possible to service at the time of your appointment, but occasionally we need to order parts that are compatible with the remainder of your bike to complete service. Keep in mind that with department store brands, it is often more costly to tune it up than the bike is worth. These bikes are are not designed to last as long, and they can take even longer for our mechanics to work on them.
Yes. Two Wheeler Dealer is an authorized dealer with the major distributors in the nation, including QBP, SBS, J&B and others, giving us access to over 100,000 different parts and choices to ensure we can get parts, if available, quickly and efficiently. Name a part, chances are we can get it quickly and install it on your bike. If you want to install it yourself, that’s ok, too.
If all your bike parts are in good condition and working order, there are never any parts that are necessarily needed as part of a tune-up. However, we will check to see if cables are frayed or worn, if chains are stretched and if all parts of your drivetrain are in working order. We’ll ask when you bring in your bike if there is a certain dollar amount that is ok, or if we need to contact you before any additional work is done. We never want our customers surprised by a service bill.
